An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity maintenance fee not exceeding Rs 200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction commencing.

Where bonus abuse is identified, zzz7 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and in serious cases suspend the account.
All bets placed on the zzz7 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:
zzz7 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed within each market. zzz7 is not liable to pay winnings in excess of the published maximum payout, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
